Each of our properties are located within one and two blocks of Georgia Tech campus on Atlantic Drive, the safest and most convenient street in the Home Park neighborhood. It’s adjacent to both the Georgia Tech Graduate Living Center (GLC) and the Georgia Tech Family Housing. It is also only a few blocks to Atlantic Station where you’ll find several places to shop and eat including IKEA. All of our appliances are fully warranted, grounds are professionally groomed and garbage service is provided at no additional charge. Additionally all of our properties include off-street parking so no permit is required.
